We are pleased to announce that our new construction project in 84524 Neuötting will start in the 1st quarter of 2024. We attach great importance to energy efficiency and sustainability in order to ensure environmentally friendly construction. That is why the entire construction project will be built to the KfW QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings) standard.
Neuötting is a multifaceted town in Upper Bavaria and is located in the immediate vicinity of the A94. A total of 48 modern apartments will be built to meet the increasing demand for living space. According to the Bavarian State Office for Statistics, the population of Neuötting is expected to grow by 5.1% by 2039.
