Bayernareal Wohnbau GmbH & Co. KG is pleased to announce that we have been able to acquire the “Maier-Wirt” site in 85452 Moosinning. The property and the business on it are known far beyond the town's borders. For decades, the “Schnitzelwirt” in Moosinning served good home-style cooking. Unfortunately, the property has now been closed for several years. The municipality of Moosinning has therefore decided to look for a suitable investor for a new concept.
Prior to this, the municipality of Moosinning issued a call for tenders with requirements that covered various aspects relating to the size of the apartments, commercial space and sustainability. Our concept convinced the working group and the municipal council, which enabled the sale to us.
As a reminder of the “Schnitzelwirt” and the historical background for the municipality of Moosinning, we have created a 360-degree tour for you. So that the inn is not forgotten! This will be online in the next few weeks!
We are currently in the planning phase - we are planning 2 structures with multi-storey residential buildings - approx. 25 residential units of different sizes as well as several commercial units will be built. A catering business with a beer garden is also to be created, incorporating the chestnut trees.
