In the last few weeks, we have successfully completed the carpentry and tinsmith work on house 4 (construction phase 1). The roof was designed as a hipped roof and covered with dark gray tiles. The downpipes were installed in the color anthracite and give the apartment building a modern yet timeless character.
We will also be able to complete the shell installation this week. This has already started on house 3. Next week we will start with the plastering work on house 4 & the structural work on house 3.
We attach great importance to energy efficiency and sustainability in order to ensure an environmentally friendly construction method. That is why the entire construction project is being carried out to KfW QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings) standard.
