Waldkraiburg renovation project
Waldkraiburg is the largest town in the Upper Bavarian district of Mühldorf am Inn. With around 25,000 inhabitants, Waldkraiburg is the second largest town in the planning region of Southeast Upper Bavaria after Rosenheim and one of 13 so-called efficient district municipalities in Bavaria. Waldkraiburg belongs to the Inn-Salzach tourist region.
Waldkraiburg is located in the Bavarian Alpine foothills, about ten kilometers southwest of the district town of Mühldorf on the Munich-Salzburg and Landshut-Rosenheim axes.
The A94 motorway can be reached in around 10 minutes via the Ampfing-Mitte junction. The region is around 30 minutes from the gates of Munich. The new transport connection is almost perfect thanks to the gap in the federal motorway being closed. Against this overall background, this can be seen as a guarantee of increasing value for the coming years.
